Please review the listing and ask any questions before making your purchase.

Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and destination. You can save on shipping by combining items. PatternGal ships worldwide so please contact me for shipping quotations to your area. Any reasonable overage charges will be refunded.

PatternGal is an earth friendly shop and we may ship with re-cycled envelopes and/or re-purposed cardboards.

Your order is shipped within 3 business days of receiving your cleared PayPal payment. Orders are shipped via Canada Post with a 7 - 10 or less, business day delivery to most locations in Canada and the United States. If you require your order sooner, please contact the shop to make alternate arrangements.

As a buyer, please inform yourself if there are taxes or duties to be paid for items you import.

Please save or print copies of your eCRATER order confirmation and PayPal payment as your proof of purchase/payment as no paper copies will be issued.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your order has been shipped.

Every effort is made to list products accurately but it may happen that something is missed. When you receive your order, please review it and if you are not satisfied, please contact the shop and we will make every effort to correct the situation.

All products are sold "guaranteed as described". Refunds will be made on AUTHORIZED RETURNS. No claims will be accepted after 60 days from purchase date and sales are considered final after 60 days.
